My name is Mary Skafida.<\/p>\n

I am a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Psychology, and I hold a postgraduate degree in School Psychology. In parallel, I have been trained and certified in Coaching and Clinical Nutrition.<\/p>\n

My professional journey began through private tutoring for middle and high school students, where I supported them not only academically but also emotionally, helping them strengthen their self-confidence and personal development. I also taught them how to structure their learning process and truly understand how to learn, rather than simply memorizing information.<\/p>\n

Later on, I worked for many years in the shipping industry, holding demanding and high-responsibility positions within a highly challenging environment. Through this experience, I realized that although it provided me with valuable knowledge and experiences, it did not truly fulfill or express who I was.<\/p>\n

After several years, I consciously decided to change direction and pursue what genuinely inspires and fulfills me. I strongly believe that it is never too late for someone to choose the path they truly love, as long as they deeply desire it.<\/p>\n

Today, through my work, my goal is to support people in making meaningful changes in their lives, strengthening their mental resilience, creating a life of balance, purpose and wellbeing, finding solutions to their challenges, and achieving the goals they have set for themselves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I believe that every person already carries within themselves the answers they are searching for.<\/p>\n

With the right guidance and the appropriate tools, these answers can emerge and transform into meaningful change.<\/p>\n

Real change begins from within. When we reshape the way we think, we also transform the way we live.<\/p>\n

Human beings are a unified whole \u2014 body, mind, and soul.<\/p>\n

When balance and harmony exist between them, we are able to live with greater calmness, awareness, and authenticity.<\/p>\n

Step by step, we can reconnect with ourselves, understand our true needs, and discover meaningful solutions to the challenges we face.<\/p>\n

The goal is to learn how to approach everyday difficulties differently \u2014 not to become lost within them, but to face them with clarity, calmness, and inner balance.<\/p>\n
